Choosing a way to eat might make you feel confused and frustrated.  Fads, what is new, what is popular??

The “average” American diet pretty unhealthy, but tastes good to us.  Too much fast food, carbs, fats, and sugars.  Not enough fiber and balanced nutrients.

People that can afford it take expensive supplements, buy extra expensive fruits and vegetables from stylish markets – much like buying coffee at Starbucks.  The road more expensive!

I like the idea of superfoods, but have come around to accepting that a well balanced diet is great because it can include everyday superfoods!

I have a long personal history of going back and forth on diets, trying the fads, spending too much on health food store items.  I don’t have it right yet, but am trying to take care of myself a bit better, and be more moderate.  Doing research like this helps!
